We only require a FedEx, UPS, or other major-carrier account number to cover all costs of overseas shipping and any related duties, taxes, and special charges applied by your home country. Before finalizing your order with us, please contact your country's Customs Department. Thank you.

Sample Rugs

Sample rugs are returnable within 2 weeks, via free shipping, for a full refund. Just follow these 5 steps:

(1) use the tube you received the sample(s) in, (2) attach the enclosed pre-paid USPS label to the outside of the tube, (3) roll and insert the sample rug (just as it came to you), (4) tightly close and tape the ends, and (5) hand it to your postal professional. Once we receive the sample in the same shape we sent it to you, we refund your money. We charge for samples to increase their return to us and their re-use. This helps us reduce waste. Thank you.

If your order is correct, but you are not satisfied …

We accept approved returns, as follows:
If you are not satisfied with your eye heart hand rug, Email us within sixty (60) calendar days of receiving your rug.

If the item was defective and/or was not what you ordered, we are happy to resolve this with you.

If the item is not defective, but just not what you wished for, you will be responsible for arranging return shipment to us.

The returned good(s) must be in the original packaging material or something equivalent and RMA# must be on the outside of the package and postage/freight pre-paid by you. We cannot accept COD returns.

For the return of a non-defective rug you will be charged a 15% restocking fee and the cost of return postage/freight.
